If you email CashewBack, we may receive your email address and message. No consumer account is currently required to browse the public site.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and referrer information for delivery, security and aggregate performance.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and interactions with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about pages viewed, browser and device details, and site interactions. Rate alerts
If you create a cashback rate alert, CashewBack stores the email address, retailer, and target rate needed to operate that alert. We use that information to provide the requested alert and not for unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in.

Affiliate tracking
When you follow a provider or affiliate link, that third party may use cookies or similar technology under its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure or operate the site, or disclosed when required by law.

California residents may contact us about personal information associated with them and request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Feedback form processing
When you submit the “Report Issue / Add Retailer” form, the information you enter—including an optional email address—is sent to CashewBack and stored using Supabase infrastructure so we can review and respond to the submission. CashewBack uses an email address provided through that form only to respond to the submission. Do not include sensitive personal information in the feedback form.
